Never danced before? Perfect. Most of our students walked in with zero experience. Your first class is FREE — no experience, no judgment, no commitment. Just come move with us.
Find your class:
• Pre-Dance (ages 2–6) — Tuesdays 4:15 PM · Saturdays 10:00 AM. First steps, rhythm games, and big confidence for little dancers.
• Kids (ages 7–11) — Tuesdays 5:00 PM · Thursdays 5:00 PM · Saturdays 10:00 AM. Hip hop and urban dance fundamentals, taught step by step.
• Teens (ages 12+) — Tuesdays 6:00 PM · Thursdays 6:00 PM. Plus K-Pop Teens, Wednesdays 5:30 PM.
• Adults — Saturdays 12:30 PM Adult Hip Hop. Beginners welcome every single week.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes you can move in and clean sneakers. That's it — no special shoes or outfit needed for your first class.
What happens in your first class: You warm up with the group, learn a short routine step by step, and dance it out together by the end. Parents are welcome to watch. Every beginner starts exactly where you are.
After your free class, if you love it:
Start with the 4-week Dance Passport — $59 for Pre-Dance (ages 2–6), $79 for Kids & Teens. Then tuition from $79/month with autopay (Kids & Teens: 1 class/week $89 · 2 classes/week $129 · Unlimited $179). One-time $35 sign-up fee applies to new students and is waived for active members.

Meet Javiolo
Studio Director
Javiolo (hah-vee-OH-loh) — Studio Director, dancer, choreographer, and video & audio producer.
His story starts in Spain in 1988, when his grandmother took him, at three years old, to his first flamenco class at the local church, and stood by him in a time and place where a boy who danced had it hard. She was his first believer.
In 2009 he saved for years — helped his parents first — then trained in Los Angeles at Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio with the choreographers behind Missy Elliott, Beyoncé and Chris Brown, learned the original Thriller choreography from one of Michael Jackson's own choreographers, and discovered hip hop in heels. Back in Spain, that training took him to the stage with Ke$ha at Premios 40 Principales in Madrid.
Today, at MoveS & GrooveS in Jacksonville, he passes that legacy on to every student, and keeps dance accessible to all abilities through a partnership of nearly four years with The Arc of the St. Johns.
