Registering is easy!

• Complete the online registration form for your child’s age group and desired class level (e.g., Pre-Dance, Level 1 Beginners, etc.).
• Download and sign the waiver form (required for all participants).
• Submit your form and payment online, or contact us for in-person registration.

• Auditions are held before each new season or as announced.
• There is a $25 audition fee.
• Candidates will:
  • Introduce themselves
  • Showcase their dance skills
  • Share their favorite dance style
  • Participate in a freestyle/battle round

Winter Production & Summer Showcase:

• Sign-up details are announced via email, on our website, and in class.
• Registration forms and rehearsal schedules will be available online and at the studio.
• Spaces may be limited—register early!

Summer Dance Camp:

Absolutely!

• If your child brings a friend who enrolls in a class, both families receive a discount on their next month’s tuition.
• Ask us about current “bring a friend” promotions when you register.

• Dress for Comfort & Movement:
  Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in! Most dancers choose athletic wear—t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants, or shorts—and sneakers with good grip.
• Official Javiolo T-Shirts:
  Show your studio spirit! Official Javiolo Hip-Hop Dance Classes T-shirts are available for purchase on our website. They’re optional, not required.
• Footwear:
  Please wear sneakers with non-marking soles. Avoid hard-soled shoes or heels to protect our floors and keep everyone safe.
• No Dress Code Pressure:
  Express yourself! The most important thing is that you can move freely and feel confident.

• Water Bottles:
  Bring a water bottle to every class. Staying hydrated is key!
• Snacks:
  Light snacks (fruit, granola bars, etc.) are allowed before or after class. Please don’t eat during class to keep the studio clean and safe.
• No Sugary Drinks or Sodas:
  Please stick to water in the dance area.
• Clean Up:
  Help us keep the studio welcoming for everyone—clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly.
• Allergies/Special Needs:
  If you have any allergies or dietary needs, let us know so we can support you.

• Phones Away During Class:
  For the safety and focus of all our students, we have a strict no-phone policy for minors during dance classes. All phones should be turned off or silenced and kept in bags or with a parent/guardian until class is over.
• Communication During Class:
  If you need to reach your child while they are in class, please contact the studio directly at (413) 302-4549 or speak with a staff member at the front desk. We will ensure your message is delivered promptly and appropriately.
• Parent Awareness:
  Parents, please be aware that your child will not have access to their phone during class time. For any urgent communication, always use the studio’s contact information.
• Why This Policy?
  This helps keep our classes distraction-free, encourages students to engage fully, and ensures everyone’s safety and privacy.
