1) What is included
- Team training/practice as scheduled
- Coaching, rehearsal planning, and routine preparation

2) What is NOT included (billed separately)
Competition-related costs are NOT included in this package. These items will be billed as Competition Fee add-ons to your monthly statement when they become due:
- Competition registration/entry fees (per event)
- Performer/media fees (if required by the event)
- Deposits, admin/processing fees, and any late fees (if applicable)
3) Costume estimate (cap per dancer)
- Costume cost cap: $60–$90 per dancer
This is a cap estimate only. Final costume requirements may include additional accessories (if needed for the routine).
4) Multiple dancers in one household (2–3 kids)
Families with multiple dancers must budget accordingly:
- Competition Fee add-ons are charged per dancer (and may be impacted by number of events/routines).
- Costume costs are charged per dancer, not per family.
5) Payment expectation / enforcement
- Competition Fee add-ons must be paid by the stated due dates.
- Unpaid competition balances may result in the dancer not being registered and/or not being allowed to perform at the competition.
- Late fees charged by competitions will be passed through to the responsible account.
6) Fundraising is optional (not a substitute for payment)
Fundraising opportunities (Jan / Feb / Feb / Mar) are offered to help offset costs, but fundraising does not replace the financial responsibility of each family.
